Methods of payment and delivery

SHIPMENT :

Shipping throughout Italy, including the islands.

Delivery time:  The selected item will be shipped within 2-3 working days of order confirmation and receipt of payment. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.  

Tracking the package:  After the package has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification with the tracking information

Insured shipping: all orders shipped nationwide are insured.   

(The amount foresees the storage in the nearest post office in case of absence of the recipient).

WITHDRAWAL
The collection at the laboratory is free. The flowers can be collected from two days after the order by appointment (to agree on the day and time).  

HOME DELIVERY
Home delivery is scheduled within 20km from the Laboratory and is agreed with the customer after the order and payment have been made. The cost is + € 7.
